Help with routes, location, subscriptions and group rides.

Route Lock

Locking saves the chosen route. Leaving it does not replace it. Rejoin, keep going or choose a new route.

GPX import

Import a GPX file and follow its exact line. Imported tracks do not include turn guidance.

Location access

Good Route needs location while navigating. If access is denied, map browsing and route preview still work, but live navigation cannot start.

Subscription

On iPhone, use Restore Subscription on the Good Route Annual screen if an existing purchase is missing. Apple handles billing, cancellation and eligible refunds. Android remains in internal testing.

Group rides

Enter the six-character ride code and a nickname. Sharing stops when you leave or the organiser finishes the ride.
