What is GPX navigation?

A GPX file can contain a recorded track or planned route points. Good Route uses that geometry as the line to follow without recalculating different roads.

GPX import is included in the iPhone build and the Android internal test version.

How do I follow a GPX track?

    Import

    Tap Import GPX, then choose the file from Files on iPhone or the system file picker on Android.

    Review the complete line and confirm that it suits your vehicle and current road conditions.

    Follow

    Start navigation and use the original track line as your guide.

What are the limits of a GPX track?

Imported GPX tracks do not include turn instructions. A file may also contain old, inaccurate or unsuitable roads, so check the route before setting off. Road signs, laws, closures and official instructions always take priority.
